It is a demand for repayment of a loan, I did white out the indviduals name, and addy,but I kept the state and town and my addy, this did come to my current residence and I do not care to have it posted all over the net.

On November 14th, 2008, for a second time, I was back at Western Union with new information that April provided to me,completely different than the original information. This information proved to be false as well.

on it' December 1't, 2008 you indicated you checked online and the money was sent. December 2nd,200lyou sent a text

stating money should be in my account that day no later than 4pm csT. By December 5,r.' 20bB you were supposedly at

the.hank.researching this transaction. As of today I still ha./e nrt beeri reoaid.

Since November 15th, 2008 I have made over 70 phone calls and/or sent text messages in attempt to have this loan

repaid to me with minimal response from you. Any response I do get I seem to be pr6vided false information, your voice

mailbox and email inbox are full and you are not picking up your fhone when I call. Text messaging is my only means ofgetting a message to you, which costs me more money,

Not at any time did you contact me to explain you were experiencing financial difficulty and were unable to repay the loan

on a timely basis. Instead, I've been given excessive excuses and ialse information. Att of tnis deceit is unjustified andleads me to believe that you do not intend to repay the loan, hence the reason for this final demand.

lf I do not receive payment in full in by December 20th, 2008 | will be forced to pursue legal action. This will result in more
expense t0 you as I will surely seek all allovred additional expenses including interest, atlornefs fees, court costs and anyother damages permitted under State Law. Leah, I assure you this is not the route I want to take but unless the loan isrepaid by December 20,20AA you leave me no otherchoice.

So this is yet another person she and her Spindletop secret service people swindled out of money? And to think how many of us had sent money to her. No more. If she loses the refuge, so be it. She has only herself to blame. Im sure trusting, caring individuals will help, if need be, find a new refuge or homes for the animals that she does have. Personally, I am wondering how the animals at Spindletop are actually faring in everyday life. Are they taking care of? Are they getting enough to eat? Is anyone there to exercise them? Exactly how many dogs live there? So many questions and no one to ask because YA CAN'T EVEN TRUST THE EMPLOYEES.

Then there were all those stories about her employees/friends/volunteers stealing money from her... you wonder how much of THOSE stories were true.

I personally lent her money 3 times and each time had to struggle to get it back (not to mention all the donations for her regular emergency/disaster situations). I know one other person who did the same, but did finally get repaid. And I know of one person who lent a LOT of money as well as going down there many times to help with the dogs who she also betrayed in several ways.

I saw her described on one board as a "hoarder"... She used to actually adopt out dogs, anyway and the one time I did visit her, when I picked up Ozzy, her kennels were immaculate.

So, what happened at the hearing yesterday?

It went as expected. Tina was told that anyone could have looked up the dead corporation on the TX atty. general site and seen it was never active. That this whole drama was drawn out because she requested a hearing. That Charles was a handyman for Louise and never touched a dog or anything concerning Spindletop and admitted he never worked for the refuge at all.

Tina also admitted during the hearing that she AGREED back when the corp was filed to be on the BOD of Spindletop. It is all public record and I have requested the transcripts.After Tina was told she had nothing to do with anything she still wanted to sit in on the hearing. She was so worried about missing work and her boss being angry, remember? Yet she wanted to spend 2 hours on the phone on her boss's dime to listen to stuff that really didn't pertain to her.

There has also never been any lawsuits filed or anything on Spindletop and since she never produced the proof of the copied text, that is highly suspect as well.

And Emily, you dare question the care of the dogs yet you all say you're doing nothing to hurt the rescue? you imply hoarding and abuse and neglect yet add a disclaimer at the bottom as if this excuses the whole thing. It doesn't.

I will post the documents as soon as I get them and then hopefully Ray will pull these threads as Tina said she would but apparently doesn't want to.

1. I did not REQUEST the hearing, my appeal facilitated the hearing, this will be indicated in the transcripts YOU requested and will post.WHO WOULD NOT APPEAL,it is TX law that once you withdrawl your privlidge of INC. the BOD is personally liable.
