By the way Karen you were not a participant of the hearing so you cannot obtain a transcript and it is not technically a transcript- I just spoke with somebody 5 minutes ago - SO unless you are POSING as somebody who was at the hearing, you cannot request a trascrtipt(you must put your request in writing) - SO WHO IS THE LIAR - So are you admitting to pretending to be one of the 4 people at the hearing- Karen dont fuck with me, you were not a party to the hearing stop pretending you were, you are getting your information to from Leah, if Leah has something to say let her post it.

A casual conversation over the phone does not make it legal to put an individuals name down on the BOD, especially when I was told to forget it they were not going to do it. THAT IS THE ISSUE FAT GIRL. I never signed anything, I never saw anything, so no LEGALLY I did not agree to be on the BOD. I have not been on these boards for quite a few years, the ONLY reason I came back was because I started recieving documents in the mail - so go fuck yourself.
All I knew was I was being held accountable as a Director for something I never LEGALLY agreed to, to me that conversation was more or less just putting ideas out there, nothing was set in stone, and there was no legal justification to go file papers without my knowledge or permission especially after I was told it was not being done. Everything I said I have backed up with documentation. Today I am scanning the copy and pasted word document, and a copy of my reply drafted by an atty and signed by me- that I never denied or hid, to shut your fat face up.

i lent leah $500 a few years ago on the basis she would pay me back. i still have not gotten one penny from her, and i have her email to me stating she would pay me back the money i lent her. i cant believe that other people have had this happen as well. i thought i was the only one.
