Elissa makes some good points.
Before breeding your dog you should at LEAST have your vet check the patellas (this is a simple procedure) and take your dog to a certified opthamologist to have the vision checked (CERF). Bostons are prone to juvinelle cataracts as well as various other problems with those large round eyes.
Keep in mind most Bostons need a C-section. The female being 12 lbs puts her on the small size, and in my opinion more prone to a difficult birth.

Read the standard as posted on the AKC.org site. Know what the breed is supposed to look like and ask yourself : "does my dog meet the standard" learn about where her faults are so you can find a male that has those areas as his strengths.
Breeding bostons is not for the faint-hearted or uneducated. Please do a little research on what breeding a boston entails.
