I am fostering an English BUlldog named Valentine aka Vallie Girl. SHe is 2 1/2 yrs old. She is a great dog! She had severe food allergies and her previous owners were not taking care of her properly. She is now on Natural Balance Duck and Potato food, Cephalaxin, Benadryl and YUCCA. Her feet, beleive it or not, look a lot better.

<br />Somtimes the antibiotic Zenequin or Cimplifex works better for skin allergies that the cephalexin ,also you can give her once a week bath with Malaseb medicated shampoo it is very good and work also fantastic
<br />I have at my job a dog that she was coming once a week for this bath and she has sever food allergies
<br />After 2 months of doing it every wednesday she is recovering wonderful Good luck !

<br />Yes, I forgot to mention I do the Malaseb wash twice a week. Thanks! I hope she recovers quickly. She already looks a lot better and that horrible smell is gone.

Oh PS, Jane- I LOVE the Van Patten duck and potato food. I feed it to Dutch because he gets an upset stomach occasionally. I tried to switch off that, but both dogs did much better on it: skin, coat and weight wise.
